Our companies have jointly invested in our own projects as well as contributing equity as both a General Partner and Limited Partner in targeted real estate investment opportunities. The Amerivest Limited Partnership has served as an investment vehicle to facilitate investment of our own equity, as well as that of Limited Partners, in a broad array of real estate investments including commercial, industrial, leisure recreation, hospitality, and mixed use real estate, both domestically and internationally.

Amerivest has been managing commercial, industrial and mixed use projects since 1985. After acquiring McCarthy Realty in 1986, and establishing a property management division, we have provided cost-saving measures to the management of properties, while insuring the best possible environment for tenants and visitors.
